  • Will I have control over the assistant selection process?

    Yes! For the Ready and Custom Roles, you’ll receive recorded interviews with pre-vetted candidates and will have the opportunity to pass or approve the assistant based on your preferences. For the Basic Role, we’ll place the first qualified candidate for you, streamlining the process and allowing you to get support faster without needing to schedule interviews.

  • How quickly can I expect to have an assistant in place?

    We aim to have a qualified assistant starting within 10 days. Once you select a role and we’ve gathered your business needs, we’ll source candidates, send you recorded interviews for review (for Ready and Custom Roles), and handle the onboarding. For the Basic Role, we’ll match you with the first available qualified assistant to expedite the process.

  • What if my assistant doesn’t work out?

    We offer a replacement guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If your assistant isn’t the right fit, we’ll provide up to 2 replacements within 45 days for the Basic Role, 60 days for the Ready Role, and 90 days for the Custom Role, giving you peace of mind and flexibility to find the right match.

  • What ongoing support will I receive?

    You’ll have a dedicated representative assigned to you to help with any questions, concerns, or specific needs you may have. While your rep may not be available at all times, they will prioritize your requests and be available during business hours to ensure your experience with Ready Roles is smooth and efficient.

  • What kind of software experience can I expect from my assistant?

    We source assistants who are already experienced with popular task management systems, CRMs, and other common business tools, so you won’t need to train them from scratch. However, if your business uses a specific variation or custom setup of these systems, we rely on you to guide your assistant through any company-specific workflows or unique features.

  • How will my assistant integrate into my current workflow?

    We ensure that your assistant is trained to use your existing tools and software to avoid disrupting your current processes. If your assistant is unfamiliar with any of your business systems, we can assist with minimal onboarding, but their prior experience ensures they adapt quickly.
