Placement Fee Policy

All placement fees paid to Ready Roles for our virtual assistant placement services are non-refundable, regardless of client satisfaction with the original or any replacement Ready Roles Assistant provided.


Replacement Guarantee
If your Ready Roles Assistant resigns, fails to meet objective written expectations (following all internal processes), or violates agreed conduct standards within the first 120 days of placement, Ready Roles will provide
one replacement at no additional cost.


  1. The client must notify Ready Roles in writing within 7 days of identifying the issue.
  2. Ready Roles will begin recruiting a replacement and will present a qualified candidate within 30 business days, barring unforeseen delays.
  3. The replacement guarantee is void if the client does not meet responsibilities, including conducting daily check-ins, providing necessary tools/access, or makes changes to the role or engages in conduct that violates the agreement.
  4. The guarantee only applies once per placement.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a clear and accurate role description, conduct daily check-ins during onboarding, and provide timely access to tools and feedback. Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the replacement guarantee.
